Product Change Details

Note

The information below is current at the time this report was published. There is a possibility the final release may contain additional changes. These will be described in the associated release report.

Cadastre

ACT Plan Inclusion

Plan values for ACT records have now been populated. The ACT Government can provide multiple plans for Lot and Stratum parcels. Where this occurs, a single plan is consistently chosen based on a priority order: Deposited Plan (DP) > Miscellaneous Survey Plan (MS) > X Plan (X). Units plans (UP) are only assigned for Strata parcels. Roads have been assigned with null plan values. This change has resulted in the population of plan values for ~150,000 ACT cadastre records.

Property

WA Property Enhancement

We’ve enhanced the logic used to associate Property with Cadastre in WA. As a result, around 16,000 additional records have been added to the WA property_cad table. This change has resulted in the inclusion of ~39,000 additional Property polygons across the state.
