      The Cadastre (National Cadastre) dataset is created by processing cadastral data supplied by Australia's States and Territories, then mapping and standardising each jurisdiction's attributes into a consistent national definition. The supplied parcel geometries are cleaned and processed to produce a topologically consistent, national-scale cadastral boundary layer, and Geoscape additionally generates and integrates extra attributes (and, where required, supporting geometry) to improve usability and better represent jurisdictional information. The dataset is continuously maintained and released on a regular schedule, and is designed to integrate with other Geoscape products through defined linkages.
