National Buildings

Geoscape National Buildings is a national, spatial dataset providing a comprehensive representation of Australia’s built environment. It delivers building footprints and core attributes, linked to key datasets such as address, property and administrative boundaries, enabling consistent, building-level analysis across the country.

The product is designed as a foundation layer, which can be extended through modular Insight Packs that add targeted information, such as height, roof characteristics and solar attributes, allowing users to enrich the base dataset for specific use cases.
